Wildlife Dominion Management LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and partners are committed to providing a positive experience with respect to our products, websites, and platforms while maintaining the privacy and protection to our users. Wildlife Dominion Management LLC does use reasonable and appropriate security measures, the Internet is not 100% secure, and we can not promise that your use of our sites will be completely safe.

PRIVACY POLICY

This Wildlife Dominion Management LLC. (collectively, “WDM”, “us, “we”, or “our”) privacy policy sets forth our privacy practices when you (“user”) use our websites/platforms and products, and for the information collected through the purchase and use of those products and services (collectively, the “Websites”). This “Policy” describes how WDM can/will collect, use, disclose, transfer, and otherwise process the users Personnel Information. Additionally, it tells you with respect to your Personal Information how you can reach us and update information, or ask questions about our privacy practices.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF SERVICE

This is an agreement between WDM, owner and operator of websites/platforms/mobile apps and the user (“you”) of the products and platforms. Using the platforms, including services and products, you the user acknowledges and agrees to the “Terms of Service” of all the platforms. If you do not agree to all the terms of service and privacy policies, you must refrain from using any and all of the platforms. The platforms are only available to “users” who can form legally binding contracts under applicable laws.

CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY AND TERMS

WDM reserves the right to make changes, at its discretion, to this policy statement at any time. The posting of the updated policy will/does constitute the notification to the user of these changes, unless a later date is specified. WDM will provide a reasonable advanced notice before the updated terms take effect, unless the changes are made for juridical or administrative reasons. The use of the sites and platforms after the effective date does constitute user agreement to the updated policy and terms from that point.

WHAT THE POLICY COVERS

This Privacy Policy covers/includes (not limited to) the processing of Personal Information and Data related to the use of WDM products, sites, services, and platforms including:

A. WDM hardware and products including; products manufactured for/under other names by WDM.

B. Website(s) of WDM or said sites that access WDM products or sites licensed by WDM (“sites”).

C. Technical Support and Services accessible through and WDM affiliated “sites” via “web or mobile apps”.

D. WDM subscription services including any and all services that can be accessed via “sites” using web and mobile apps.

Third parties may create products or services that could integrate with WDM products, “sites”, web and mobile apps. WDM is not responsible for said products or services; their integrations/products do not extend this policy or terms to those companies with regards to warranty, privacy statements, or documentations.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT AND SOURCES WE MAY COLLECT FROM

We gather and obtain personal information relating to users from various sources described below (and in the “Privacy Table”). WDM for the purpose of this Privacy Policy defines “Personal Information” to include but not limited to any information that can be used to personally identify you; name, email address, billing information, or social media information and data that can/could be reasonably be used to identify the user. You can request and we will indicate where applicable why you must provide said information. Where applicable we will provide you with the consequences of not providing the information and how it will limit your ability to use the product and how it will affect our ability to service the user and product.

PERSONAL INFORMATION USER MUST PROVIDE

Registration. WDM requires that users provide this information to use our products and services, in some instances this information is required by a third party to conduct business as required for registration, data transfer, web/mobile apps, and affiliated data fees. WDM may ask for the following information: first and last name, country, phone number, email address, product serial number(s), date of purchase, mailing address, and proof of purchase. Additional information may be collected as refers to interests, hobbies, gender, and age.

Information volunteered, shared, or posted. Personal Information you share or post on blogs either on a WDM site or other social media platforms and internet sites, may be captured by WDM for later use. Example, user post a picture/video or information on a site and/or link that is shared in a public arena or across our “sites” we can collect that information.

Videos. WDM and its affiliate sites, platforms, web and mobile apps collect and store pictures and videos and sends this information to users as part of your plans/subscriptions. Part of this information and notifications requires analyzations of data prior to delivery of data to the user.

Customer Support. Information may be collected through user communication with our or affiliated customer support and care team. This information can include hardware and software information of “Third Party” products and operating systems.

Payment Information and Details. WDM will/may collect credit card and billing information, including payment transactions to process orders and data service plans. Our products require a subscription plan and information needed to process these plans and charges related to warranty, replacement, of shipping require us to provide information to “Third Party” credit card processing companies.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM USER INTERACTIONS WITH OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

WDM employs and uses automatic data collection tools (cookies, web beacons, tracking technologies, advertising and device identifiers) can be used to collect information related to your device and usage. This information can include information about your device, IP address, geolocation information, systems, applications, software and peripherals. Additionally, we may collect browser information, track sites you visit and how often sites are used. Some “third party” sites collect information and use cookies that allow you to choose “do not track” features.

WDM uses this information as related to our products, devices, and platforms to develop statistics related to performance, internet speeds, voltage, storage information, error rates and other performance information. This date is used to improve user experience as related to WDM products and platforms. WDM may/can use “Third Party” social media sites to increase information and data from individuals (Face Book, Instagram, and YouTube). Data and information shared by user from our platforms to social media sites can be used to identify users and their associates and friends. WDM may use this information for product research, marketing and to contact users and potential customers.

WDM AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

WDM can/may use Personal Information provided and collected in the following manner. WDM can use the information to provide service and communicate with users directly. WDM can/may use Personal Information to improve and develop new products and services. WDM can/may use Personal Information for marketing and communication with users and potential new users to advertise contest, sweepstakes, and marketing activities from WDM directly or from our partners. These could include WDM products or offers from “Third Party” companies we think you may find interesting, WDM will not share information with third-party companies for their independent marketing or promotions.

WDM can/may use Personal Information to protect our customers, company, or our websites and platforms. WDM can/may use your Personal Information as regarded to applicable laws and regulations and/or requested by any judicial process or government agency having or claiming jurisdiction over WDM or its products and platforms. Any information to be used for a specific purpose not mentioned or implied within this Privacy Policy, notice will be given at time of collection.

WDM AND SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION

WDM can/may share your Personal Information with its affiliate companies and partners. We can/may share your Personal Information with our service providers who conduct activities on our behalf and in compliance with our company policies. These companies include (not limited to), data service providers, credit card companies, credit card processing companies, sales and marketing agencies and companies. We will share information with “individuals” users invite to view their products and platforms or their “organizations” on our sites, products, and platforms.

WDM can/may share Personal Information to any business or partner we sell, transfer, or share some or all of its assets with. Should this event occur, WDM will use reasonable efforts to ensure the Personal Information you have provided will be used in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.

WDM can/may share Personal Information with companies, organizations, individuals, and agencies if we have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation, or disclosure is reasonably necessary to meet any applicable law, regulation, or legal process or enforceable government request, or to enforce applicable Terms of Use including investigations of potential violations.

WDM is a global business, headquartered in the United States, we can/may transfer your Personal Information to recipients in countries other than your country. These other countries may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you live. WDM will make reasonable efforts to protect your Personal Information, the user agrees where applicable laws permit the transfer, processing and storage of Personal Information outside the country of your residence.

Your Rights and Choices

You have certain rights regarding the Personal Information we maintain about you and how we can use said information. You can choose not to install our applications or give personal information; this will limit your ability to use and WDM to service your product and experience.  You can update your personal information and/or delete your account information.  If you delete your account, you will not be able to fully use our product and services.

California residents’ rights

If you reside in California and are not an employee or employee of a company interacting with WDM, you have the right to as us what information we collect and use.  You have the right to ask what information we disclose and sell, and you have the right to request we delete information we have collected from you.  To exercise this right, contact us a support@wildlifedominion.com.  We will verify your request by matching information you provide us with information we have about you.  WDM will not discriminate against you because you have exercised any of your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act.  You can designate someone else to make a request by having them execute a notarized power of attorney to act on your behalf.  Under California law we are required to tell California residents if we “sell” information as that term is defined by applicable law.  Sell means to share personal information with a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration.  California residents, we do not do this based on our understanding of that term.  WE also have disclosure obligations in Nevada.  There, we do not exchange Nevada resident’s personal information for money with anyone so they may license or sell the personal information to additional parties.

Individuals Located in the EEA or Switzerland

If you are located int the European Economic Area (“EEA”), WDM will process your Personal Information for the purposes listed above based on the following legal grounds:  You have consented to the use of your Personal Information.  We may seek to obtain your consent for our uses of cookies when you visit our website(s), or send you marketing materials.  We need your Personal Information to provide you with products and services requested by your or in response to inquiries.  We have legal grounds or obligations to use or disclose your Personal Information to an enforceable governmental request or a legal process.  We (or a third party) have a legitimate interest in utilizing your Personal Information.  The legitimate interest may include: providing, maintaining, and improving our services to meet the needs of our users; fulfilling obligations to partners and our developers and right holders; customizing services to provide a better experience; deliver marketing information to inform existing users about services; developing new products and features useful for our users; understanding how people use our services and to improve and ensure performance of services; detecting, preventing, and addressing fraud, abuse, security, or technical issues with services; protecting against harm of property and safety of WDM and users or the public as required by law; enforcing legal claims including investigations of potential violations of laws and Terms of Use.

WDM and Protection of Your Personal Information

WDM intends to protect all the Personal Information you entrust with us and treat it and secure it in accordance of this Privacy Policy.  WDM maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, unauthorized alteration and disclosures or access, misuse, and any other unlawful form of use of Personal Information in our possession.  The internet is NOT 100% secure, we use reasonable and appropriate security measures.  The user does incur some responsibility and care should always be used when visiting websites, WDM can not promise that all of our sites will be completely safe. 

Participation on social media, forums, blogs, local communities, and discussion boards on a WDM or any website, the user should be aware that information there (public profiles) will be made readily available to others and could be used to contact users, send unsolicited messages all for purposes WDM and the user have no control over.  WDM can not be responsible for this information of these third-party contacts and in many cases will not be able to remove your Personal Information and can not be held responsible. 

Storage/Retention of Personal Information

WDM will take reasonable measures to delete your Personal Information or keep it in a form that is not readily accessible or permits others from identifying you, once this information is no longer necessary for WDM to purposes, or when you request deletion; unless we are allowed or required by law to keep this information.  WDM implements periodic reviews of our data bases and establish timelines for data deletion when the timelines for our product and services have been met. The length of WDMs relationship with users and mandatory retention periods and a statute of limitations may apply. 

Third-Party Services and Sites

WDM its services, products, and platforms may contain features and links to third-party websites and services.  Any and all information you provide to these websites or services are subject to the Privacy Policies of those sites and are not controlled by WDM.  Such sites may include but not limited to; credit card processors, app sites, or other sites you may visit within the internet we do not control. 

Updates to Policy

WDM can/may review this Privacy Policy from time to time and make changes.  Modifications to this Privacy Policy will be posted here and the timeline for those changes to take effect will be stated here.  We recommend you visiting this site periodically, to be aware of said changes.  Your use of the any products, websites, apps, or platforms of WDM after the changes have been posted (posting constitutes notice and date of implementation) constitutes your acceptance of these changes.
